“Love is never ugly”
I went to see Beastly for two main reasons.
1. I was so “taken” by the trailer
2. Alex Pettyfer is in it! Of course I am going to see it!
3: The movie Beastly is a pretty o.k movie. If you didn’t read the book, go ahead! See the movie! But if you did read the book..
In this retold story of Beauty and the Beast, Alex Pettyfer stars as Kyle Kingston, one of the most selfish person you can ever meet! He thinks he is gorgeous, and he turns out messing with the wrong person. He messes with a witch, Kendra, played by Mary-Kate Olsen. When she see’s how mean this kid is, she turns him into a monster!
Now Kyle is just horrified with himself. Determined to get back, Kyle meets Lindy, who is played by Vanessa Hudgens. Ya, I am not a big fan of her, but she did some pretty good acting! Anyways, at first, Kyle just wants to “fall in love”, but soon, he actually does fall in love! Bottom line, if you read the book, you might enjoy it. If you didn’t, you will love it!
